    for q25, would it be fine if you left as

    1/4 - root6/12 ??
    I'm not sure I think it said simplify as much as possible, so you may lose 1 mark :/

    How is question 11, 36%. Please can you show the working out.
    Rent % of total spending £800 Q:
    800 * 30% = 240
    240 + (240 * 20%) = 288
    288 / 800 = 72 / 200 = 36 / 100
    Rent = 36% of total spending

    How did you get 1.7 and 4.7. I drew the graph of x+y=6 so (y=6-x) and I wrote down the points of intersection

    which are -1.7 and 4.7 scrub

    For the x+y=6 simultaneous equation, you had to also give y coordinates as well as x coordinates so one should have 4 answers in total (x= .... y= ..... OR x=...... y= ......)

    Hey, if anybody is willing to contribute the answers, and preferably the questions, then I shall set up a mark scheme for you all. Thanks in advance!

    Can people please attach question numbers to their answers? Method would be appreciated.
    Spoiler:
    Show
    Question 1. What is the volume of the prism?
    Area of face = 30cm² Length of prism = 25cm.

    30cm² x 25cm = 750cm³

    Question 5(?). Estimate 892 18.9Round to 1 significant figure900÷20 = 45
    Question 6. A teacher is picked at random. There is a 3/5 chance they are female. 36 are males.
    How many teachers are there altogether?

    2/5 of teachers are male. 36 are male.

    2/5 of total = 36
    2 x 18 = 36
    18 x 2 = 90.
    Answer is 90 teachers.

    Question (?). X² = 4(X-3)²

    X² = 4[(X - 3)(X - 3)]
    X² = 4[X² - 3X - 3X+ 9]
    X² = 4[X² - 6X + 9]
    X² = 4X² - 24X + 36

    0 = 4X² - X² - 24X + 36
    0 = 3X² - 24X + 36

    0 = 3[X² - 8x + 12]
    0 = 3[(X - 6)(X - 2)]

    X = 6 or X = 2

    Question 13(?). How many females visited the art gallery?
    66 students went on the trip.

    3 different activities - Art Gallery, Skating, Bowling.

    Answer is 11 females.

    For the last question, could u simplify it to (1-root2) divided by 4, rather than (3-root6) divided by 13?? Cuz I simplified it
    No, that's not how surds work. You can't simplify root six because no square numbers can come out of it.

    For the x+y=6 simultaneous equation, you had to also give y coordinates as well as x coordinates so one should have 4 answers in total (x= .... y= ..... OR x=...... y= ......)
    It just said work out the x values.
