    Hi all,

We're now signing off for the weekend so won't be here to answer any last minute questions before moving in weekend - but don't worry! When you arrive on campus there will be loads of people about to help you and make sure your move goes smoothly so don't be afraid to ask them any questions you have!

Good luck to everyone with the move, whether it's on or off campus - we're looking forward to welcoming you all to Surrey!

    Hello

I have been allocated university accommodation at Hazel Farm (Band A). The house is located on Hamilton Drive, adjacent to the common room and green areas. There are ample parking spaces directly outside. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to campus on the bus and comes with a year's free Guildford bus pass.

The house itself is quiet with a friendly group of quiet and respectful students.

I am looking to swap rooms with someone on campus, and will consider band B, band C and possibly band D rooms.

I have uploaded multiple photos of the room on <http://imgur.com/a/5ZWuM> and would be more than happy to introduce you, and show you around the house. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

I'm hoping to study Media, Culture and Society next year and I'm looking at your accommodation I really like band D and E but after talking to some students many preferred band C just wanted to know which would be the best accommodation that's close to the uni or on campus and with lots of people to socialise with. Also is band E for postgraduates? Or are there just not a lot of undergraduates that choose band E? I really liked the space and how new it looked

    Thank you

I am currently living in Band C accommodation on campus. The lecture rooms are just a few minutes walk and everything is close by. Speaking of rooms - Band C is more spacious compared to Band D simply because it's not ensuite. Each flat also have 3 toilets and 3 showers and you never have to queue up to use either one.

Also, I have never met anyone living in Band E and I personally feel that you barely socialise with any of your flatmates there compared to other bands.

    P.S. Avoid Hazel Farm.
