Congrats on the results and thanks for sharing your tips. Why shouldn't you do the PPs from the previous year though?
Ie... I sat my A2's in June/July 2016 so for each subject I left the 2015 papers as a mock (I did these 4 weeks before the exam season started), building up tailored markscheme answers from papers inc 2014 prior, i went back to papers from the early 2000's to ensure I had everything boxed off, compiling info, I put all my effort into the 2015 paper just like I would do so for the 2016 paper which decided my future. I cannot stress to ppl thinking you know it all when really theres other examboards that will make you look like nothing!

Hi. How did you convince your teachers to boost your predicted grades?
Basically what GetOverHere said lol. They knew that I normally did a lot better but just had bad exams. Teachers have known you for at least a year and have seen your work through it all so they should know what your actual calibre is and whether the exams reflected it or not. On the other hand, if you want to turn things around you need to show them you're willing to work exceptionally hard in your A2 year to meet their predictions.

    Any tips and advice?
sorry for the late response, my advice would be to resit some modules from AS if possible (if you are doing some old spec subjects)
make revision materials from the beginning of the year as you go along so that by the time it comes to exam period you have everything ready
do plenty of past papers and get your teachers to mark them

Did you retake any modules or you didn't retake at all?

I got BDDE for AS and yesterday I got A*AAA in F.Maths, Maths, Physics, English Lang/Lit

I still can't believe I went from an E in further maths to an A*.... Hard work and effort really does pay off.
Hi, I just want to know how did you improve your grades soo much because i'm in between resitting year 12 or continuing onto year 13 but working my ass off. but i'm worried about my mental health.
