Saw Bloody Beetroots at club Egg in London on Saturday. Their set was great! Never did that much of their own stuff/remixes but there was a stomper every 2-3 songs

Epic show from Jaymo and Andy George Radio 1 tonight, best track imo :

Now for something great. As I'm sure many will know, Diplo has teamed up with Switch and formed 'Major Lazer' and their new album 'Guns Don't Kill People... Lazers Do' is so fresh.

Here's the duo in action and my prediction for this summers tuuune:

I've done a half hour mix for those that want to check it out. The mixing isn't too bad not the best I've ever done but its the first time I've mixed these. Perfectly listenable and worth checking out in my opinion.

    http://www.zshare.net/audio/616007521bfed412/

Pony Pony Run Run - Hey You (StereoHeroes Remix)
    Wolfgang Gartner - Push/Rise (LightsoverLA re-edit)
Mr Vega - Dreamin With The Lights On
Mr Oizo - Flat Beat (16bit Remix)
Jack Beats - What (Foamo re-edit)
Gigi Barocco and Blatta & Inesha - Where is it?
    Boys Noize - Jeffer
Paradiso Girls feat. Lil Jon & Eve - Patron Tequila (THIS/Is Remix)
Trash Yourself - Touch (Kids At The Bar Remix)
Jace Everett - Bad Things (Pirate Stereo Remix)
Jean Moustache – Rambonette (StereoHeroes Remix)
    Basement Jaxx - Raindrops
    NROTB - Miam Miam

It gets a bit heavy from around 8:30 with flat beat, what (foamo) then gigi barocco after that it goes lighter again but I'm sure most of you can handle it.

Hai guys, my first post on this, been looking for the electro soc for a while now :p:

Personally, i'm a big fan of Hervé, Kissy Sellout, Justice, Daft Punk, TIGA, Fischerspooner, MSTRKRFT, Simian Mobile Disco, Justice and some of the more dancy electro stuff. Some of my favourite songs include:

    MSTRKRFT - Street Justice
Simian Mobile Disco - I Believe
    Gabriel & Dresden - Arcadia
Fischerspooner - Never Win (Benny Benassi Remix)
Hervé & Kissy Sellout - Rikkalicious
Does It Offend You, Yeah? - We Are Rockstars (Kissy Sellout Remix)
The Libertines - Ha Ha Wall (Kissy Sellout Remix)
    DJ Mehdi - Signatune
Dopplereffekt - Sterilization [a bit heavy but meh]
Royksopp & Robyn - The Girl and the Robot
    Tiefschwarz - Wait & See
Egoexpress - Knartz IV [Abe Duque Remix - very heavy on the Global Gathering album]
    Rudenko - Everybody

Some of those aren't strictly Electro, but they're close enough imo.

Try the Fake Blood remix of black Ghosts, same song you have there (any way you choose to give it), thats really good. Some other good fake blood remixes are Cheap and Cheerful by The Kills or Stuck On Repeat by Little Boots. If you like those I'll tell you some more =P
