I try and make it an absolute stop. Not a long pause like I have in the past but I don't bounce.

Also rest day tomorrow, I feel I've justtified it with all the deadlifting this week. May not have another session until Monday as I'm probs unable to get to gym this weekend or Friday

I had a day off Monday, slept through my alarms and woke up at 1pm. Couldn't get to sleep last night, had to be up at 6 to get to placement, had some food around 9:30, then finished placement and went to gym lol

Not even in denial brah. Put on 3kg when I lived away for a month and have no motivation to cut atm
