Should I e-mail BoAML and ask to move it to summer, and also does anyone know those bank's conversion rates? Also, should I keep doing the interviews or it is a waste of time? Oh god, I am stressed now.

You couldn't regardless, there was a 300 word section used for CL.

Females have a separate programme that is longer as part of a diversity drive.

There was a section for additional documents to be submitted, and I think some people wrote another CL on top of the questions.

From which banks have you had rejections if you don't mind me asking.

I talked to HR, they said they only require the competency sections in the application.

The supporting document is the CV.

When you say all, do you mean you applied to 12(I think?) SW that are out there?
