    Kettlebell circuit for cardio
    16kg kettlebell

    40 seconds work, 20 seconds break

    kettlebell swings

    clean and press right arm

    clean and press left arm

    high pulls right arm

    high pulls left arm



    then my time was up.


    going away for the weekend with the girlfriend now so diet will be a lot more relaxed.

    Ok end of cut as holiday is approaching. I have slight upper abs but nothing major Still more to lose I guess, that can wait for next year, another year solely focused on growing as the past year hasn't been great training wise
