What do you make of the anti sit up/crunch brigade? Just not bothered or what?
Ab session involving lots of hanging leg raises, cardio on bike.
The usual, can't be bothered to type it at the moment.
Low carbs have hit me hard past few days, short temper and no energy at all lol.
When can you expect yours?
