Thank, brah-ette. I don't have some before/after topless pictures to truly show off the magnitude of my transformation. However, I feel my blog warrants something

This was me in February 2011 - I started my diet early march 2011, which was when I was 104kg.. So I imagine in this I was something like 103kg

Attachment 260652

This was me in January 2012, in the low 70kgs

Attachment 260653

Dat jawline.

This was me mid July 2012(during the first transformation contest) at 72kg, although I had been down at 71kg in january, I had 'bulked up'(lol)/cut a bit from then to July.

Attachment 260654

Then this is was me the other week, at 90(ish) kg, not as lean, but getting hench, mayn.

Attachment 260655

Raaaahhh, are you me from the future? im more or less like you. Started uni at around 105kg, and went down to about 70kg, then i started lifting

main difference being you seem to have lost the weight in half the time
i weighed about 70kg at the end of second year. would have got there sooner but uni work, socialising issues, etc were dragging me back

i take it ill end up looking like your last pic soon... how tall are you? im about 6 foot

Haha I like the last pic. You're saying "Go and lift. You disgust me"

Dem delts and traps

Saw your pics during the transformation comp. Amazing progress. Easy to forget where you've come from. Keeping photos helps keep you in check

Just realised that I'm currently standing at a 990lb total!
160kg squat X 1
190kg deadlift X 1
100kg bench X 9

Next chest day 105kg bench is getting repped out like a boss/bro and I'm officially joining the 1000lb club.

Not too bad considering I don't even train for strength!

Dem feels :awesome:

I only just saw that in your sig, which is what made me think about me. You made that squat look easy as anything.

I'll be joining you real soon, bro. 1000lb master race crew.

I'm easily there now, as at 100kg for 9reps I can hit 105kg for at least 1, it's not official yet though. Soon, very soon.

V funny thing is that squat was a giant pb. A week before the heaviest weight is ever squatted was 140.

And yes, you clearly have it in you but it's pretty awesome to have it down. You could then do a pretend Powerlifting meet to make it more official. Or an actual sanctioned meet if you really need it to be completely official. But who cares about that.

Monday 6th January 2014

Quads -

Barbell squat -
120kg X 13(PB), 9
100kg X 15

Leg extension -
80kg X 8, 7, 6
60kg X 8, 7, 6
50kg/35kg drop-set X 10/5, 9/4, 7/4

Previous PB at 120kg was 8 reps on December 23rd.

I hit 100kg X 15 back on the 2nd January, from that to today... Oh my quad, things just got real.
