Falafel and houmous wrap and quavers
Just got home for the weekend and mum made an amazing curry - missed Indian cooking! Also had a cheeky slice of choc cake.
Dinner will probably be something small like soup

    banana
    cranberry and almond whitworths 'shot'
activia 0% fat forest fruits flavour yoghurt with jordan's muesli, blueberries and a chopped up plum
2 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles
salad - roasted turkey breast, little gem lettuce, broccoli, grated carrot, gherkins, pickled beetroot, lemon and herb dressing
chocolate fondue with strawberries, marshmallows and haribo

an unintentionally sugary day to day - ive been meaning to read up on the effects of a high sugar diet, as although a lot of my sugar comes from fruit, it's still sugar and i worry that its not doing any good for me like, 5 out of the 7 things ive eaten today have had a decent amount of sugar in them

A banana an a glass of milk before the gym.
A fry up, consisting of an egg, slice of toast, mushrooms, beans, bacon and 3 hash browns after the gym.
A glass of orange juice and a cup of tea at breakfast.
A cup of coffee at lunchtime.
    A cup of tea.
    A mouth sized mars bar.
Nibbles of various fudge flavours that my friend bought me from a Christmas type stall in he centre of York.
