# AQA GCSE Physics Unit 2 and 3 (20th May) watch

1. What did you get for the momentum I could not work that out

Posted from TSR Mobile
2. Did anyone put the force (movement) of the wire was upwards? is this right?
3. Does anybody remember the question on P2, with a graph and you had to work out the maximum speed? I got 23.5 m/s if I remember right...
4. (Original post by Sheena_G)
Don't worry I but the diametre of the human body, so stupid I think that it was the diametre of an atom
Yeah it was!
5. 1.25 was right

6. (Original post by DustToDust)
Oh wait, that is what I got, not 0.25 what I put in one of my previous posts
oh... maybe i was right with 1.25 then- makes me feel slightly better that I didn't screw up every calculation. by the way what did people put for the suggest question about the bus? I didn't know so I put so they can test how the bus will behave in an emergency when it may be faced with an extreme tilt that it would not have to deal with in everyday use and so they can test the bus will work well in everyday use... were we supposed to mention people upstairs would raise the centre of mass because I didn't
7. I drew an arrow pointing upwards

the question about the two cars? i got 5 m/s
9. I put to work out centre of mass and largest angle of tilt

10. [QUOTE=Star1015;56027569]1.25 was right

Phew, I got that too!

Yeah, I put it upwards

I put upwards- I used the left hand rule thing but not sure if I did it right because a lot of people i asked put down. :/
13. Why was p2 soo hard does this mean that the grade boundaries will become lower?

I put up as well
15. For the refractive index q, you were supposed to find sin inverse which i didnt do
16. (Original post by camz01)
P3 was the answer motor effect or induction? Because the wire was cutting through the magnets but it said 'effect' ?

motor as it creates a forcee
For the refractive index q, you were supposed to find sin inverse which i didnt do
Yeah I think you did, I think the answer was 26 degrees
18. (Original post by AmyRevises)
no idea about the temperature but I put when the temperature increases the ions and electrons gain energy and move more making it harder for electrons to flow through the wire and increasing the resistance of the wire?

I don't know

Why does the temperature increase?
I don't know...I put something along the lines of:
there are electrons in the current which are attracted to the ions in the bulb so it increases resistance...
Im glad I'm not taking physics for a level
19. Who else did well?
20. (Original post by Devkj)
1.25 for the first question right lol
that's what I got, but everyone is saying its 0.25
