Imagine thinking Giroud is close to Suarez and Lewa
Imagine thinking he isn't miles ahead of them

Thing I like about Elneny is that he'll have winning mentality. I know it's only Basel but 3 titles back to back, no reason he won't push for 4.

Lucky for Elneny that the only expectation of him is to be better than Flamini and pensioner Arteta.

I hope Elneny starts against Stoke and starts breaking their legs. We need to press Stoke back.

If he performs better than Coq and becomes 1st team, then the price we've paid for him will be an absolute bargain. £7.4m afaik

We've seen how Gabriel, who was never injured when playing for Villarreal, get an injury on his second game for Arsenal. So any signing may well prove to be a gamble

true, but I think it's probable he'll just be a squad player, as he can play both the box to box role and the deeper role. John Cross says Wanyama is the bigger target in the summer.

He's the first outfield player you've signed for over a year.

    Gabriel.
He was signed last January. If you compare him to Merestacker, then yes, he does have pace. So does my nan.

Guess that's what tards saying "Wenger's been making impressive signings lately with pace and power", when he's signed 3 players in 18 months.
