My answers for this paper were:
1) 2+5x/4-25x^2/64
3rt2/2
181/128
2)(2x-3y)/(3x+8y)=dy/dx
+-(24/5,16/5)
3)x=4ln(2)
12+32ln(2)^2-32ln(2)
4) A=5,1,3
p=15
31.82
d=7.46
5)27/32
a=2 b=-5
6)k=4
4pi/3 + rt(3)/2
7) 1/(p-2) - 1/p
0.473
8) x=2 - 1/ln3
area = 13pi/ln3
this is most of the questions that i wrote down my answers to, I am confident in most of them although I am prone to the occasional stupid mistake so if you disagree then I will not argue with you.
Same, but I put down 27.1 for t in years as I did it in degrees, ugh oh well hope that will only be 1 mark lost

We said that the radius of the cone was 2 when it was actually 9 😢
Oh I put the radius as 4.5, but I see why it is 9 now....:O
3. Yes
4. This exam proper screwed me over, goodbye to my A at AS..

5. What a hard paper who agrees? Do you think they will put down grade boundries?

6. Ffs I put the question about population in degrees and therefore got 27.1 years... Everything else I put was right so how many marks do people think I'll lose?

7. for 8b), I found the area under the curve wrong as I didn't know how the intergrate (3^x)^2.... so I got some wierd number... but for the cone, I used the radius as 9 and height as 2- (x coordinate of Q)... and got some wierd number... then I did volume of curve minus volume of cone.... how many marks do you think I will receive?

Does C4 allow error carried forward? I got the X coordinate right I think... I think it was 2-(1/ln(3)) ?

Ah ****!... stupid mistake there...
Dont worry about it, the amount of stupid mistakes I have made.....
9. 6
10. Nice nice thanks !

How many method marks would you get for the implicit diffrentiaion if you didnt solve after the quadratic????
12. Also I got 256/something for q1???

Not anymore. You looked like one for a moment though. Jokes.
I'm mortified. Everyone will see my idiotic post in the tags now, oops!
The hardest part of my French exam was doing the word count at the end... due to stress. It looked like I couldn't even count to 400, hehe.

Anybody remember what question 3c asked?
Area of shaded region R in terms of ln2
15. (Original post by Fanta4TheBanter)
Did anyone else just use a substitution on the last question? It made it so much easier.
yeah i did that as i havent really done intergation of a^x that much and didnt want to risk screwing it up so I put 3^x equal to u and i got 13pi/ln3 which seems to be what a lot of other people got.
16. what did everyone get for the last question (volumes of revolution)
17. (Original post by physicsmaths)
75/75

well done ,maybe you can give me some marks
18. Oh my days my A in AS has gone too.. ffs I was just running out of time , panicked and made the worst errors possible

bye bye med school

Area of shaded region R in terms of ln2
Cheers. Do you remember what the integral was?
20. (Original post by HGKID)
what did everyone get for the last question (volumes of revolution)
13pi/ln3
