    Hellooo :hi:

    How come?

Spending a day and night in a kilt is not comfortable, especially when you're constantly dancing and being all hot :sadnod:
I enjoyed the music and the alcohol, just not the people :erm:

:console: Personally my opinion on it is that if you help a girl you should expect anything sexual to come out of it :nah:
    Indeed :yep:

Everyone's hot in a kilt

My friends all laugh at me because when I see a kilt I say "KILT!" and giggle lots

I've been quite curious in wearing a kilt tbh, however we don't have that down South
    I imagine It's quite itchy.
This is the closest I've come to wearing something non-traditional

Mad Vlad, you may be subscribed but quoting makes it seem more urgent. I am more likely to visit a thread I'm watching if I've just been quoted.

Notice how I didn't quote you

Isn't it traditional to not wear underwear beneath a kilt?

Nah, nowadays it's a way for a guy to pass blame for a woman not finding him sexually attractive, cos clearly it's us women's fault that we only see them as friends  for example a guy may say that they've listened to a girl's problems for years, bought her chocolate when she's down, given her a ride to the airport when needed etc. but because she doesn't see them romantically they have been friendzoned a.k.a. all their deeds didn't end in sex and the woman has been completely unreasonable in this and must be made out to be a *****.
This is a difficult one. You're right in that being nice to (and I'm going to keep this gender neutral) someone that you find attractive doesn't mean that you should automatically expect that they should have sex with you.
But I think where a lot of the frustration in people that complain of being friendzoned comes from, is where people that they're interested in take advantage of the extremely willing nature of the pursuer. Getting them to take them out for dinner of the cinema etc., getting them to buy them gifts, frankly leading them on... before on day hugging them and saying... "oh <name>, you're so lovely... why can't I find someone like you?".

There's more to this whole concept of the friendzone than simply *******s feeling that they have a right to have sex in return for being nice. In my experience, it's actually been genuinely nice (generally shy) people being taken advantage of and getting quite hurt in the process. Myself being one of them.

theres no such thing as a "friendzone", someone being your friend doesn't mean they will or won't be a potential partner, that's down to you and them to judge.

I saw more kilts when the tartan army invaded London than I have at my family's weddings.

I don't agree with this calculation silly guys came up with friend + girl = sex

But I don't like it when girls don't set these guys straight. I have really pretty friend and she always believes in giving guys the benefit of the doubt, even when we all can see what's going through their minds. It's only delaying the inevitable awkward conversation, "we're only ever gonna be friends"
