someone said that if you get an RBS interview you have to register on some kind of portal where you schedule the interview or something like that.

I concluded that atleast this person got an interview... now im confused

    Sure, 60% in numerical
    50% in logicals

Talent Q is a bugger, I know summer interns who had 40% and still got invited to interviews so I wouldn't worry too much.

afaik the rejections are automatic rejections based on not meeting the entry requirements. Haven´t heard of any interviews.

Entry requirements were to be expecting a 2.1 degree and also being able to speak english.

Sorry if this slightly irrelevant, but can you go into Investment Banking with an Engineering degree?
Also, which one is better? Investment Banking or Engineering?

You can come in from any background as long as you demonstrate a passion for the financial markets. However your question is very subjective to which one is better, it all depends on your future aspirations and interests. In terms of starting salary and bonuses investment banking attracts the highest graduate starting salary (Bulge brackets offering between 45-50k starting)+ Bonuses.

For the first questions, yes. University brand may play a role in determining the likelihood.

For the second question, just lol.
