I know a friend has received an offer for the civil pupillage by post. He will be accepting!

Current pupil here. Just wanted to say you all should be incredibly proud of yourselves if you are someone waiting for a call today. It means you will get there because you are amongst the best applicants. Keep your heads held high.

I've heard nothing either. I am guessing that offers went out this morning though.

Anyone heard from St John's Buildings?
St Johns Buildings brochure says offer letters will be sent out from the 1st August. I don't think you'll hear back from them before tomorrow.

It does inevitably get to the stage where that is the case, since all the applicants are so good. I've been a reserve twice. My life could have been very different...

    new park court anyone?
I haven't heard anything from them either, although I suspect they're just slow at updating the gateway sadly There's someone else on here who was waiting to hear too- Iamthelaw I think?

EDIT: I also understand they interviewed 15 people at second round, but as far as I know they were only offering 1 pupillage. (although their pupillage policy suggests they would interview 6-8 for 1 place, so you never know)

After 4 years of trying (2 years post BPTC) I have finally managed to secure pupillage at a specialist family law set... I found this thread highly useful over the years. For those with offers, what are your plans for now until 2017 when you start pupillage?

    Thanks again everyone.
