    Porridge with some raisins and nuts
    Apricot jam sandwich (wholemeal) and an apple
    A sweet and nutty almond cereal bar
    2 sachets of cuppa soup with noodles and a few sweet potato fries
    A banana

    Breakfast

    Handful of almonds
    Black coffee with 1 sugar.

    Lunch

    Roasted chicken breast
    Salad (no dressing)
    Hard boiled egg
    Black coffee with 1 sugar

    Afternoon Tea

    Cup of green tea
    Banana

    Dinner

    I will probably have:

    Roasted vegetables (courgette, aubergine, peppers, red onion & mushrooms)
    Pan fried sea bass
    I usually have a coke here as well

    Supper

    I usually end up eating biscuits or a bit of chocolate... I think it's mainly out of boredom tbh.

    I have absolutely no appetite! Tried to eat a steak bake and managed a few mouthfuls but I just couldn't eat it. This really isn't like me!

    I'm ill so have just been eating what I can:

    Breakfast: a slice of marmite toast
    Snack: some crisps
    Lunch: Some veg soup and a slice of toast
    Dinner: Will be as much pizza as I can manage (being ill when you're old is rubbish, you still have to cook for yourself, hence the pizza!)

    yesterday -

    had a fasting blood test in the morning so treated myself to an extra yummy breakfast to make up for it

    pecan plait and a cappucino
    a crunchie
    a plum
    glorious skinny goan tomato and lentil soup and 2 dark rye crispbreads
    another plum
    salad - feta cheese, baby spinach, steamed butternut squash, pickled beetroot, grated carrot, broccoli, lemon and herb dressing
    some vice versa sweets beside the bonfire



    today -

    3 weetabix with almond milk (breakfast)
    3 weetabix with almond milk (lunch)
    whitworths blueberry and seed dried fruit 'shot'
    dinner will probably be the rest of the glorious skinny goan tomato and lentil soup with 2 dark rye crispbreads

    Then I made an apple crumble and my own vanilla custard. Was very nice. Full now!

    B - Natural live yoghurt with a sprinkle of 100% chocolate
    L - Jacket Potato, low fat cheese and spinach
    D - Jacket Potato with pesto

    Lots of coffee and a few glasses of milk.

    I'll probably have noodles or something in an hour or two (mum will make me eat it though I'm not hungry)
