What you are saying is making complete sense, that's the bad part :'(

Original post by Braidednightmare
Are u sure?

Original post by Foodatastic
He/She doesn't know, its just what happened last year

Original post by Braidednightmare
Yeah. I think we're okay, otherwise the website wouldn't have written there are 20 minute interviewS.

Original post by Foodatastic
why do people have 1.5 hour interviews? Ill just see in my interview and see what happens, ill tell you guys on the forum what happened.

To everyone,

My Interview last year was nowhere near an hour and a half. In fact, I think nearly everyone's was 20 minutes, or at least everyone that went to the interviews at the same time as me.

I'll ask Mr Handscombe to check the thread, and email me an explanation to the interview timings, etc.

Hope that helps.

Oh wow, how is it there, and also (I suspect your interview was about 20 minutes long) what subject was your interview on? Were you in a waiting list?
on the website it says interviews are 20 minutes. on my email for an interview on wednesday it says 20 mins, however i had to reschedule to saturday due to a school trip and now my interview is 1.5 hours.

the timings must be to do with whether ur interview is on a weekday or at the weekend i assume
the website states, 'If you have been invited for interview you will come to Harris Westminster for a 20 minute interview with a teacher who is a specialist in the subject you have chosen.' Maybe the 1.5 hour thing is the duration of the whole process, could someone who received an email about a 1.5 hour interview possible say exactly what their email says?

Oh, well that's interesting... that doesn't make sense, why would they do that?

oh wow, salute for the effort! And yeah, it says that the whole process is one and a half hours, not the interview alone. I guess that goes for everyone invited.

One: Thanks for the salute but I got bored half way through and told my friend to forward it and I just copy and pasted it.

Two: I don't think so as they would've said so for the 20 minute ones if it goes for everyone invited...

meh. ill see on tuesday

principal told us they'll get back to us as soon as they can. No luck from me yet though..
From the headmaster:

Interviews are 20 minutes.
There is no waiting list yet - everyone invited to interview is invited to interview.
There is no deeper meaning to be read into any of the emails we've sent.

Oh thank God. I was worried already.
My interview is tomorrow, should I take a folder with all my certificates and stuff?
I don't think so they would have told us otherwise.
