I have two things to say/ask

    1) I still haven't gotten used to clicking on the Year 12 thread, I feel so old

    2) What is the best revision timetable app for the iPhone?

    You succeed,,,

That isn't sad at all. Wish I was dedicated enough to do that....I find unknown bands generally tend to have good music rather than a lot of the crap which is in the charts.....

Do you play/have a band of your own?
    Thanks.

It is pretty sad to someone who has no interest in music I guess, but I don't mind, I like doing it. Yeah, that's 100% true. And I don't even mean chart music, because it's pretty obvious that 'artists' - for want of a better word - like Nicki Minaj are pretty much formed just to appeal to the masses who have no real interest in music, but even bands in the charts like The 1975 are so dull, you can find so many better indie artists out there if you look. I'm not really an indie guy myself, although I do love indie music, it just isn't my favourite genre, but I've found so many top notch underground indie bands that I had to make those posts in that other topic. I'm just extremely passionate I guess. I'm a pop punk guy, not gonna lie.

Yeah, dabble with guitar and vox occasionally, but I'm a bassist by trade.

I used to be in a (horrifically ****) indie band which you can listen to here... I'm going to regret posting that link haha. We were all 15 at the time, so it's okay, we know it's bad, and we kind of like to forget that we ever recorded that stuff. We formed in April '12 and gave up in December '12.. We went to a studio twice and recorded two songs each time. We also played 3 gigs.. Pretty poor if you ask me. When I get to college though me and the singer/guitarist are going to start a new band and take it a lot more seriously.

Most of the regulars aren't posting as often anymore. We've been swarmed with newbies after our GCSE results.

Other than that, I don't think there's anything of note.

Not sure if anyone here is above yr 12 but hopefully there will be a few
Has anyone been on the Pathways2Law programme?
And if so is it only available to those who achieve 5A*s/5As? Because I did underachieve in my GCSEs but I've heard programmes like this and also summer schools are really helpful when applying to Uni but due to my underachievement at GCSE would I still be able to get into a summer school or a programme like Pathways2Law?
