115kg 3 x 3 Grindy as **** but got them, very last rep I don't think I matched my normal depth so was around parallel may have been slightly above

Lunges 3 sets of 20ish metres with 20kgs Glute pain tomorrow will be hideous

Just before I did the 115kg, I went to the toilet and when I came back about a minute later I caught some ****ing idiot removing the clip from one side (the "blind side") of my bar with the weight racked so he could do his facepulls.... if I hadn't noticed that could well have been ****ing dangerous, ****ing idiot.

Considered throwing the weight backwards onto him as he was standing doing his E/Z facepulls right behind me... as in 3 feet behind me, even though I was far from doing ideal squats due to grinding reps

Anyway..

2.6 miles in 19:22 mins

First run in a while due to back pain... much better today, not perfect, some pain.. but I'm going to start doing some Deadlifts again... gonna try Sumo and see whether it messes with my back a bit less

Eaten well over 3200 calories today and yesterday which is good
Changing to Monday, Wednesday, Friday regime and going to try and do everything on said day for recovery purposes, after 2 hours frisbee yesterday which very nearly killed me, it was time to lift today.

Failed final rep, not surprised front delts screamed every rep due to OHP yesterday. Form improving, I like how you can grind reps out on barbell bench compared to DBs, I really don't feel it in my chest much though...

Quick session which my motivation crashed for

Farmers walk 40kg DBs
5 sets of ~35m that I measured out approximately
1-2 min rest between sets

Beardbrah raises 10kg 3 x 10
Easy, will try 12.5s next time

Forearms too pumped to do much else, couldn't be bothered to do anything else so went home

After a day plagued by back pain... I went to the gym with the theory of not doing much... however I saw an empty barbell...

Squats
40kg 1 x 10
60kg 1 x 8
80kg 1 x 5

110kg 3 x 5 This was the easiest session of squatting I've ever done.. the weight flew up after 2 or 3 breaths after every rep... remarkable!

85kg 1 x 4
1 x 3
1 x 3 failed on 4th rep but failed really high up, frustrating... thats a BW bench for reps there or there abouts, I'm was 86kg first thing this morning

Not deadlifting until I get my back seen to, it's not worth the days of pain.. being a vet student I've self diagnosed a herniated disc.. I fit all the symptoms... shame I've had it for 3.5 years...

Hamstring curls 65kg 3 x 10
The cramping feeling isn't pleasent on this machine... feels like knee is going to get turned to pulp aswell
