I'm in Year 10 so I haven't completed all my GCSE's yet, but here are the ones that I got my results for on Thursday:

    Biology - A
    Chemistry - A*
    English Lit - A
    English Lang - A*
    Geography - B
    German - A*
    Maths - A*
    Music - A
    Physics - A*
    R.E. - A*

A-level choices: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths

    Comments:
I'm really happy with my results, despite the B (which looks so ugly next the As and A*s ). I'm not worried about the B because I took an extra GCSE (music) which I studied for at home and just sat the exam in school, and I got an A in that which I'm happy with. So many people didn't meet their predictions in English lit which is a shame but I'm not taking it at A-level so I'm not fussed

    Predicted Grades:

None. School does not give out any predicted grades for our GCSE's.

    Grades that I achieved:

    English Language B
    English Literature A
    Mathematics A*
    Science Double Award: A*/A*
    Geography A
    R.E. A
    Business Studies A
    I.C.T A*
    Polish A*

    Comments:

Pretty good. I hoped for an A* in Business Studies and Geography. I'm surprised about the A and B in English as I was predicted a D and I actually came out with two exams on A* but ruined them with a C exam which I screwed up in. Bad excuse, but English is not my first language! :P

    A-levels:

Staying in sixth form for: Physics, Maths, I.C.T, Business Studies and Polish

    Predicted grades:

    English language: A*
    English lit: A
    Physics: A*
    Biology: A
    Chemistry: A
    History: A*
    Art: A
    French: A*
    RE: A
    Media: A

    Actual grades:

    A in maths.

    Comments:

I think I'm most likely to get an A* in French, history, English language and physics.
I could also get an A* in RE and art but that's not extremely likely. I could also end up getting a B in English lit and media.
So, worst case scenario I will probably end up with 3A*s, 6As and 2Bs. Best case scenario I will have 6A*s and 5As.

    A levels:
    History, biology, psychology, sociology.

Edit: forgot to add a levels aha

Just quoting this to show next year's year 11s that you shouldn't get disheartened halfway through revision, if you work hard and carry on you can exceed your expectations.
