Yep started pre reg now. Still lifting. Been busy with final year stuff and life in general so took a break from the site. Numbers have improved peaked before final year exams 200 sq. 112.5 bench and 220 deadlift at a chubby 81kg bw.Gonna test numbers in a week or two weighing about 75ish rn want to get to under 74. See where numbers stand at that weight. Absolutely hating pre reg year. Working at an independent pharmacy. Come home study or gym. Literally no time to socialise.Deciding I'm gonna apply to medicine at the end of this year.So yeah that's an update on my training and life I guess.

Thanks. Training has been difficult recently. Moved back home so diet is a lot harder to maintain. When I was cooking myself I could easily watch and control what I ate. Gym I'm at back home is also very commercial which gets me a lot of looks as I'm a very emotional/angry lifter. But it's 24 hours so it makes it easy to train.

Got deadlift 197.5 for doubles today and bench 5 sets of 4 at 92.5. Will be challenging after a 9 to 6 but when you gotta train you gotta train. Will just have to go heavy on the pre workout and rage and hope that'll carry me through.

Testing maxes the week after next. Then thinking of competing in London in November.

Decent session considering I've been curled by cookies no lunch or breakfast. Worked all day till 6pm.

Deadlift 197.5x4x2 then did an accidental amrap for a set of 4 on the fifth set. Touch n go.

    Bench 92.5x5x4 Touch n go

    And pendlay rows 77.5x4x5.

Very tired. Eat sleep and work and squats tomorrow.

Just got back from training had to nap after work, woke up very groggy so scoffed some pre workout now very alert and will no doubt have trouble sleeping.

    Squats 150x4.4.6

Dumbbell press 20x2x10 then fire alarm went off had like a 15 minute break and did one more set of 10 when I got back in stupid move as muscles were cold at that point.

Did some dumbbell rows plan was to do 4x8 at 40kg but managed two sets and pain in the ulnar side of the wrist. So did 2x8 seated rows with 59kg still had pain with this but was less.

Wanted to end with some converging shoulder press but ulnar pain was too much so left it.

Ulnar pain is chronic, gonna go see a doc about it but I know exactly what he's gonna say rest from lifting for 4 to 6 weeks, maybe some NSAIDs, and maybe some type of support. But an official diagnosis would give me a peace of mind I guess.

Squats. 170kg for heavy singles (Was suppose to be 167.5 but felt kinda light) was suppose to do 5 sets of singles. Did 3 sets of singles then 3 reps on last set.

Bench. 90x3x5 (Think I did 4x5 but not sure lost count of sets cause I saw an old friend but was definitely 3 sets at least)

    Bench close grip 80x3x5

BW pull ups 4x5 then bw+14kg db x 4 reps then 2 reps.
