Thanks for the congrats. I was thinking law really because im strong in essay writing and the career seems appealing. I chose maths mostly coz I'm good at it and economics because i didnt want a 4th option that was as difficult as my other subjects but interesting enough so i can stay awake in lessons 😂

I read that and I had a heart attack.
I mean, I can just imagine myself sitting with that paper in my hand, three years from now, the 9A*'S AND 2A'S staring at me smack in the face and the first thing in my head is, "Damn it, girl, you need to work harder..."
I think you were joking, but then again, I'm not entirely sure.

I revised 2-3 months before the exam start, dont start like 1 year or even during your summer cos you'll burn out your interests and get bored quick when the time gets closer.

for the sciences + maths, read all your notes in class and DO PAST PAPERS + READ THE ANSWERS IN MARKSCHEME so you'll know how they want you to word things and what kind of words they like for certain topics.
honestly you dont even have to understand everything in science to get A*, this was proven by my physics exams. couldnt understand anything but thank the lord for past papers

for history, i rewrote everything, i found that if you write it in your own time, and rewriting things, you're forcing yourself to read it again carefully hence you'll get a better understanding of events. once i rewrite everything, i just read it again and again like a book. once a week i think, i take out my rewritten notes and read it, getting to grips with events i didnt get before. this is what i did for other essay topics too like geography and RE

for literature, i learn loads of quotes, and its explanation. the more quotes you learn, the more you have to say. ask your teacher for their predictions on whats likely to come up. but assuming youre doing the new course that might be hard.
for english language, you just have to read a lot and try developing a good style of writing.

for foreign languages, i just memorise vocabs each lesson. if ur doing french, a lot of words will be similar to english anyways.
