    :penguinhug:

I had a quick read-through :jumphug: I hope the last few paragraphs give you a little bit of hope that things could somehow (I dunno how, but hopefully somehow) improve for you and that you can use all your pain towards a good cause in the end by helping others, or doing something you really want to do in spite of it all :hugs:

YAY for no cap! It let me rep you as well

Well done hun, so thrilled for you! So well deserved! Am proud of you :proud:
:hugs: thanks. it sort of does, I guess. I certainly hope that im able to have a career. If I was too ill to work then I would feel like my life was over. nice to know someone has felt similar though

I'm not sure if it's psychotic or just my personality or something else to be thinking that the services are all about paying the educated psychiatrists rather than patient care.
I think the problem is, that probably the good ones are paid too less (not in every specialisation, but in some) and that worse ones are still paid the same. Too many people don't really seem to have embraced their scientific education and some just jump into conclusions. But I know ones, who really care and prepare and think about what patients they take one and which ones not, so there is still hope out there, you find someone, worth the money. Not everyone has the luck to get a good one right the first time, but some manage (or at least after a few tries). Have you looked into the different forms of therapy and then asked to be referred to someone specifically doing that one?

PS.: I fully understand your anger, but there is hope out there, you get a treatment, worth it.

Dude, you're preaching to the choir. Here in the US it's over $200 for a 15minute psychiatrist appointment. (I get it free because I have a low income but still!)
OMG! Here it is free, unless you count the insurance you pay monthly. (Which is said to be still much lower than in the US, I've heard.)

Felt very upset the whole day, as allways about nothing, but it makes me cry and I don't know, why I have to be so overambitious, so that I am doomed to fail.

Hi everyone, hope you're all well.

    Haven't posted in a long time. :O

OCD is going crazy tonight, just been out for a drive with my boyf and saw this animal in the middle of the road. It ran away. My boyf thought it was a rat (we're in the countryside) but been googling since getting home and apparently rats don't go in fields.

And then after talking about it for a while my boyf said he didn't see a tail, it didn't run off fast, and its body was long and flat ish. I don't know I'm pooing myself. OCD is going mad.

Had a bad day in all startting from earlier today due to my OCD.

    OCD GO AWAY.

Rats wouldn't be in the countryside would they?
My boyf said he didn't see a tail. So that makes me feel a little better. But I'm just so paranoid.

    Thank you hun :hugs:

I have borderline personality disorder too along with depression and narcissistic personality disorder. How are you finding managing life at the moment?

Does anyone here have narcissistic personality disorder? I often find that people with this diagnosis are heavily stigmatised and treated like the villain when they are fundamentally broken.
