He's now outvoted and outgunned by a group of left-wing, republican, (Irish) Republican, Labourites.

Good, that's what I like to hear. He can join the Tories without shame now.

He could have always joined the Tories without shame - well, that is aside from the massive shame of being a Tory before the age of 150.

    Except I'm not a tory.

My problem is with dual / tri membership. I've always been against it.

Tomato / tomato. Don't start your pedantic attempt at one-upmanship with me, you'll lose. Badly.

I disagree with dual membership usually, but CLS had cut off participation in the Greens to be a part of your party, under the circumstances you should be grateful for an active, conscientious new member.

CLS is in the party for the wrong reason and (even worse) is an MP..

    What is this 'wrong reason'?

The wrong reason is the fact that CLS isn't in the party for the right reason, which is true support and loyalty for the party. If CLS was they'd not be a member of any other parties.

    That's my only issue.

I don't think me being a Socialist means I don't have support or loyalty to Labour. I completely support Labour ideals, and a thriving Labour party is of huge importance to all on the left regardless of partisan divisions. I want nothing more here than for Labour to return to high activity, quality bills, and good election results.

That makes no sense considering the two parties have overlapping target audiences, which is where my loyalty point comes in.

I'd want them both to do well, especially as whilst there's an overlap there's also those who would only even consider one or the other. If I'm being honest, I think in any case that is the least important area for Labour right now. Reviving internal activity must take precedence, and I intend to try my best to do that

You've seen our sub forums now, surely you can see there's plenty of internal activity going on, contrary to popular belief.

I discussed this with JPKC last night. It is plain to see Labour needs active members quite desperately, and I've got some time on my hands. Now being in all three leftie parties is, probably, taking the piss a bit. That, the fact I have formalised roles in the Socialists and that I really missed them the last time I left means that I would in all likelihood be looking at taking some time away from the Greenies if of course Labour will have me. However, I would still keep in touch with you guys, and may well come back at some future stage
That's no problem. The greens have no policy against membership in other parties so please do what you feel is best for you.

Probably because you're a relatively new party and don't seem to have the same care about loyalty.
