Not that we'll ever win but the UK's entry for Eurovision isn't that bad for once.

A win is guaranteed this time to try to keep us in the EU

Shouldn't you be going and trying to get the MEU up and running rather than being here?

We are awaiting the sub forums to be created by the CT [Either user groups, or sub forums] which seem to have reached a dead end, but I keep on trying!

To be fair on adam, working with CT can be like wading through freshly set concrete at times, so I understand his frustration.

    Interesting afternoon in the Senedd.

Elin Jones is the new Presiding Officer, Ann Jones is the Deputy Presiding Officer.

We then came to the election of the new First Minister, with the results as follows:
Carwyn Jones – 29 votes (28 Labour, 1 Lib Dem)
    Leanne Wood – 29 votes (11 Plaid, 11 Tory, 7 UKIP)
A dead heat! Assembly adjourned for further negotiations.

That will be interesting, a First Minister not being from the biggest party.

Have to wonder whether Plaid would get any support from the Tories or UKIP on any real issues though, especially if they are not allowed ministerial posts.

Of course not, the Welsh Tories and UKIP are voting for her to keep Labour out and to cause trouble. Alternatively, they're trying to cause a second election.

We know that, it just means there would be in all likelihood no budget passed and we would likely end up with the Assembly suspended.

Nah, it is bad. So annoying, we had the chance to send an entirely decent song that would have done well... but instead, the public voted for an incredibly boring and forgettable song performed by charmless nobodies.

Not saying it's great, but it's better than what we've sent recently.

Having another power ballad to listen to in Eurovision will not be any more of a vote winner. There's nothing particularly distinctive with her performance that would make people vote for her imo. With the current entry, at least it's sort of catchy.

    Thanks

They are busy people, and sadly it appears that the mhoc/meu is one of their lowest priorities

Can they not vote for themselves, or were there just two AMs missing?
