    The word desi is like saying homeland or something similar. The meaning is not native to a location it can be used in all countries. If I understand correctly.

    Pakistani part. I think Kashmir is an independent country and I'd rather it be independent than Pakistan or India because it has a culture of its own and the society as a whole is much better and more tolerating.
    But if anything then it would be Pakistan
