Anybody saying the coup is over, you seem to be wrong since there has just been 9 airstrikes.

What are the context of these strikes?
    By who?
    Against who?
    When?

    How are people watching this?

I'm on the BBC News Channel, but I don't know if they seem to be slow. Someone above me just said that there have been 9 airstrikes but BBC haven't mentioned that.

I'm not so sure, the coup still holds a lot of areas apparently.

If Glorious God-Emperor Erdogan says that the coup has failed (which He has been saying ever since it started), then it has failed.

Twitter/AlJazeera Arabic/Sky seem to be quickest

BBC is always a snail when it comes to live reporting

It seems a case of when and not if the coup dribbles out.

BBC seems to want to check it's facts rather than reporting stuff that may not be true.

From last night, many media outlets were reporting a hostage situation, but the BBC was one of the few I saw that didn't.
