So Brotherhood is £27 if you get it from Asda with a £20 network card. Is there stuff worth £20 on the PSN that's worth buying?
Depends what you like but yeah there is....and even if you don't find something to spend the £20 on then it's not going anywhere

If you've not used the PSN Store much so far it shouldn't be hard to find something to spend that on (I'm tempted to use some of my £20 from getting Black Ops on Pixeljunk Shooter). That, or you could just sell on the card, probably quite easily for £16 or so.

I sold mine for £15... no P&P, because the buyer agreed I could just send the code, so effectively I got Black Ops for £30, which IMO for a brand new game is very good.

As for Brotherhood, it's £29.99 at Toys R Us.

I don't mind. I'm getting the Signature Edition so I'll have all the other stuff to play with.

Let me/us know if you find a decent deal, I was thinking getting that from the start.

I've preordered it from Game. The lady said it had come down from £150 to £130 for whatever reason. I've put down a £10 deposit and I've traded in 2 games for another £32 off so on the day I'll have £88 to pay. Pretty happy with that.

Toys R Us sell video games? A temporary christmas store just opened up over the road from where I work (having not had one around here for years, as far as I knew they just sold kids toys and stuff) might have to pop in and have a look at some point

    Hey everyone,

I just bought a HDTV and have got a PS3. Do I only need a hdmi-hdmi cable now to play in HD? Also, the prices for the cable vary a lot. Is £15 decent for a hdmi cable? http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Produc...ext%3EHDMI.htm Sorry, this is all new to me.

    Thanks!

Yeah you'll need an HDMI cable. £15 is pricey, IMO HDMI is digital signal so it's either on or off, so there's no need to spend more than you should on a better quality brand of HDMI cable, anything greater than £5 is expensive.

It's a shame GAME is the only place that sells it otherwise the price may have come down a bit more, also imo you don't seem to be getting a lot for paying £130...
