Just a quick note from me, the update will be much later than usual tonight since I will be at a Eurovision party.
    Shame!

I expect your resignation along side the update

Hey, Australia winning it is the best chance we have of getting to host it in this country.

I don't like to 'lay down the law', but as it's happened now, this needs to be said. A thread was created in my section with the intention of getting a user to do something or other for the Labour Party. This type of thing isn't really OK and in future, if a user does not have their contact methods enabled, they should be left alone as it is clear they do not want contacting. Otherwise, everything by PM please.

    Cheers!

    Thanks for letting us know.

Yeah come on guys, I know we want new members but if people on TSR aren't contactable by the usual methods, there's usually a good reason for it. I've said before that I don't want the MHoC to be perceived as harassing and spamming other members of TSR so please don't start random threads with the aim of targeting new recruits. We don't want to be TSR's equivalent of Jehovah Witnesses. If this keeps going on, I will have to speak with the rest of the D&CA team about a new policy on this matter.

Getting new members is great, but please do so in a way that isn't as intrusive.

No, it was not, the associated costs were based on your accounting, and Jammy Duel has extensively explained why they were wrong; let us not start the same debate. Gaming duties generated the British government £2.3bn in 2015, if all establishments receive A* rating, exempting them from paying gaming duties, I am highly doubtful the changes to gaming duties in that bill will cost up to £317.6m.
You are wrong, the total for ALL betting and gaming duties is £2.3bn but gaming duty has a total revenue of £317.6m

I do not know who made the post, but individuals must be a bit dim if they makes posts about the MHoC outside the dedicated forum for the MHoC, expecting the posts to be acceptable.

QQ. I saw it and reported it, but a Mod said it was okay.
