Do UBS instantly reject post test if you failed? Don't think I failed, but always anxious after doing tests.

If you fail, you will get a rejection the following day between 8-10am. If you don't get an email the following day, it means that you've passed the test

Anyone know if BNP Paribas reject straight away after their tests?

It was ridiculous, 37 Qns in 12 mins for numerical and 49 Qns in 12 mins for verbal wtf

Yes, you do. But nowhere near IB levels, literally nowhere near. Wouldn't factor it in your decision.

How much bonus could you expect at a firm like bcg? £10k-£20k?

All-in first year comp at most of the MBB firms will come to ~£50k - translates to about £40-ishk base + some signing + some end of year bonus. How comp usually works is your 'all-in' comp number grows at a percentage year-on-year based on how you've performed. If you're a strong performer that would be 20-30%, standard more like 8-15%.

What princepieman said.

I found the Rothschild numerical better than I was expecting. It's exactly like SHL but the way they phrase the questions sometimes is a bit different, data is slightly more complex, sometimes calculations are a bit tedious and sometimes the answers are put as fractions instead of decimals etc.

I was surprised tbh, thought my app was lit, spent some time on the questions

Same here, reckon it was uni screening as well. Are you semi-target or non-target?
Anyone got an email address for Barclays? Tried to submit my application 3 times over the past few days and it hasn't worked.
Is it easier to get into Independent banks and middle markets, compared to BB's?

Indeed I am, would be MD at JPM by now if I went to a target with rest of my profile
