Yeah I just wasn't sure whether it would get cold on the way. Maybe if I took my bag and put it in there while I walked home...

I see other people sit by themselves and don't think anything of it but I'm just so self-conscious haha

This was a bit of a wake up call, only got 2 hours sleep yesterday which seemed to make me eat carb-y food rather than healthy food to try and compensate for that. Going to try and actually get some proper nutrition in tomorrow.

hot weetabix with almond milk

Breakfast: Toast with marmite and grated cheese on top (Yep, I know most people will think it's disgusting, but idc ) + apple juice and a cuppa tea

Some more apple juice later on

Lunch: Small pasta pot of pasta and tuna, an apple, choc biscuit, and tomatoes

Cuppa tea and a couple of biscuits

Dinner: Chicken, pasta, peas and broccoli. Then small slice of coffee cake for desert.

I normally eat more than this actually, I usually snack way more (yet somehow not put on weight) but I've been busy
