There is nothing wrong with disliking your country, in fact I'd encourage being critical of any countries actions as much as possible. "Identifying" and being "loyal" with/to a country is silly and pointlessly nationalistic. It's nonsensical to let yourself be defined by one country or one group, define yourself through your own actions/character.
That being said, it's equally silly to only want to marry amongst one race, and to discriminate against your own race for similar reasons to those I stated above, NOT because of nationalistic ideology.
