I'm going to sound somewhat woefully ignorant here, but **** it; what exactly is a desert island disc? I've heard the term floating around for a while but never bothered to :google:

Haha it's this radio show by Kirsty Young (and for a bit Sue Lawley), where you choose 8 songs (although when people play it on here it's always albums for some reason) that you'd bring with you to a desert island, as well as one book and one other item, and then you choose one song that's your favourite out of the 8.
Hard Times 'The Album' - Disc One. Mixed by Roger Sanchez.
Time To Dance - Panic! at the Disco
Infinity - The xx
Year of the Cat- Al Stewart

Dropkick ****ing Murphys - Good Rats
Blue Monday, New Order.
Alternating between Wiz Khalifa's Black and Yellow and Escape the Fate's Ashley. Don't even know how that playlist came about, but both tracks are decent enough that I can't be bothered to change to something else :P
