Yes I like it, his piano compositions are always amazing :biggrin: I haven't listened to his new album that much although Solar Motel was a really standout song for me

intelligent dance music (a bit of a tongue-in-cheek name) it's quite a broad genre and The Flashbulb made loads of it, not so much recently now. his main IDM albums are Kirlian Selections and Arboreal i'd say.

I'm a big fan of MrSuicideSheep who often posts IDM artists (mostly unknown), so I just add those tracks to my playlist by song - not by artist. Here are some in my playlist:

Both links link to the same song for some reason :s-smilie: and I wouldn't say that's IDM but i definitely see the resemblance to The Flashbulb. I've seen MrSuicideSheep post some IDM stuff but can't remember the name of the song it was in a big mix. He's also posted some Flashbulb IIRC

if you've heard The Flashbulb's "Undiscovered Colors" song which is IDM then you can see the similarity but each artist has their own distinct style still. I guess it's the 'glitchy' element that make it IDM and the kind of artsy aesthetic the songs have
