    Same, I actually like OCR a bit more than AQA because of this. OCR also word the questions far better, AQA are just all over the place.

    Time to revise AQA Bio 5, which will probably be like a kiss from the devil.

    i think it's water but im not sure, only remembered in the previous question, i said oxygen got reduced into from 0 to -2 and I got oxidised from 0 to +5

    to be fair, even though i did poorly, this paper is not hard, and ocr is an easier exam board than aqa.

    for the iodate redox equation, I used H2O as a reactant and got the balanced equation fine, producing OH-, but a lot of people used OH- as the reactant: I thought I read that OH- were produced in the question? Could someone clarify, I'm probably wrong, but I'm just kicking myself over losing marks by misreading the question

    Im sure they said it was under alkaline under alkaline conditions so OH- is a reactant, not sure what the mark scheme would say though
