It depends, the south can get boring too. I love London/Bath/Bristol but that's really where it ends. Manchester and Leeds have amazing nightlife, and Edinburgh is gorgeous. Liverpool is the capital of culture; the place is wonderful and the people are so nice! Glasgow also has amazing nightlife, although I think in terms of how the city looks it's quite similar to Manchester on some levels. I'm trying to defend the north here because everyone seems to think that the south is where everything is at. I mean, I hate Manchester for personal reasons but I can see how this city would be appealing to other people.

I meant my little town

I don't live in a city so I guess any city will be greater than here.

also the cities you named for the south are basically the only south cities I'd probably like too and really are the only best cities tbh so i agree with it ending there but tbh it's a pretty big end:tongue:

But some areas of London are horrific! It's only really central London and Kensington that do it for me. Yeah, Bath is gorgeous, there's nothing bad to say about the city and the same goes for Bristol really. I think that the north (namely Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and Liverpool) have more to offer a university student than the south, in general

I can imagine opening my results in August and getting something really bad for Chemistry. I don't understand anything about solutions and equations and state symbols and atomsssss... It just doesn't click.
