    This is the point-

''Say, "It is He who has produced you and made for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful." (Quran Al-Mulk 67:23)

Because he's an amazing man, and instead of crying about the things taken away from him, he's grateful for what he has.

Abu Huraira reported that a person came to Allah, 's Messenger (may peace be upon him) and said: Who among the people is most deserving of a fine treatment from my hand? He said: Your mother. He again said: Then who (is the next one)? He said: Again it is your mother (who deserves the best treatment from you). He said: Then who (is the next one)? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Again, it is your mother. He (again) said: Then who? Thereupon he said: Then it is your father. In the hadith transmitted on the authority of Qutalba, there is no mention of the word" the people".

Narrated Ibn 'Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "Amongst the trees, there is a tree, the leaves of which do not fall and is like a Muslim. Tell me the name of that tree." Everybody started thinking about the trees of the desert areas. And I thought of the date-palm tree but felt shy to answer the others then asked, "What is that tree, O Allah's Apostle ?" He replied, "It is the date-palm tree."

Well he's an old man and he had infection or illness to lose it. He was ill thats why he lost it.. He lost it because of worldly disease.. In Islam life is a test.. This story was an information and buzz to all people to appreciate what Allah has given you, before its taken away from you. Because many people don't appreciate what they have, how they look etc. There are people that always demand for more.

You don't see the beauty of Islam how will you see the thoughts and feeling behind this picture. If you understand a bit about Islam and muslim and the behaviour of Muslims towards their religion than you wouldn't have asked me this.

Indeed, those who disbelieve - it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.

Allah has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing, and over their vision is a veil. And for them is a great punishment.

Hudhaifa reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

The angels received the soul of a man who lived before you. They said: Have you done anything good? The man said no. They said: Try to remember. The man said: I used to give loans and I would order my servants to be lenient with those in difficulty and to give relief even to those who could repay. Allah the Exalted said: Thus, you will be relieved.

Sahih Bukhari 1971, Sahih Muslim 1560

Jabir ibn Abdullah reported: It was said, “O Messenger of Allah, which deed is best?” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Patience and tolerance.” It was said, “Who among the believers has the best faith?” The Prophet said, “Those with the best character.”

Musannaf ibn Abi Shayba 29806. Hasan li ghayri (fair due to external evidence) according to Al-Albani

Ash-Sha’bi reported: Jesus the son of Mary, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

“Verily, excellence (ihsan) is that you are good to those who are evil to you, not that you are good only to those who are good to you.”

    Tafseer Ibn Kathir 29:69

Abu Na’eem reported: Sufyan At-Thawri, may Allah have mercy on him, said,

“Do not hate anyone who obeys Allah. Be merciful to the common people and their leaders. Do not sever family ties and keep good relations with those who cut you off. Keep good relations with them even if they cut you off. Overlook those who wrong you and you will be a companion to the prophets and the martyrs.”

    Hilyat Al-Awliya 84

Ibn Al-Qayyim reported: It was said to Hasan Al-Basri,

“O Abu Sa’eed, which jihad is best?” Hasan, may Allah have mercy on him, said, “Your jihad against your desires.”

    Rawdat Al-Muhibeen 1/478

Abu Na’eem reported: Ibrahim ibn Adham, may Allah have mercy on him, said,

“The most difficult jihad is the struggle against desire. Whoever can prevent himself from his desires will be relieved from the world and its trials, and he will be protected and safe from its harms.”

    Hilyat Al-Awliya 18

Ibn Muflih reported: Umar ibn Abdul Aziz, may Allah have mercy on him, said,

“The best jihad is the struggle against desire.”

Not sure why people even bother.
In case, someone was wondering what I meant by this... don't bother to argue with those who argue for the sake of arguing. The rule is clear: NO DEBATING so just learn to use the report button. Thank you.
