Tuna in water? How to prepare?

Open can, drain water, mix with mayo or salad cream or whatever else, spread on bread and eat.

About 1/3 or 1/2 a can is enough of a two bread sandwich.

A healthier alternative to mayo is balsamic vinegar and pepper (for a sandwich, maybe with butter). Or olives, vinegar and sundried tomatoes make it into a good salad / snack

Love love love tuna. I have half a tin most days. Yum

Is this seriously a "how do I use canned tuna" thread. Are you ****ing kidding me?

I tend to mix mine with olive oil, a little fresh basil and sundried tomatos at the moment, much healthier than mayo.
Try get your dolphin friendly tuna though, even some value brands are dolphin friendly these days, just check on the label for the logo.
