London, Edinburgh, Sheffield, Leeds.
I haven't really spent an extended period in any of them so I wouldn't know what it's like to actually live there. And I haven't exactly explored a lot of any of them except Leeds.

Depends how you define "best": I'm buzzing to be going to London for uni, but I don't think I'd want to raise a family there
