Apparently the DRA and FPA are participating as a single unit with black and white colours. [Source: The DRAFPA Facebook group]

There was never an overall conclusion to what the exact colours are for each hall, if that's what's confusing. I think the first post gives as much contaxt as there is, although it's been a while since I wrote it =/

Edit: For any halls that you're struggling to find colours for, I guess Facebook groups are a good place to find out, and failing that, pack a variety of t-shirts and hope for the best :s

Aww well i guess ill need to get together with a group of regs and force new hall to have pink and sky blue as there colours there blooming colour pirates haha

They're not colour coded correctly. McIntosh is purple and blue - not green
