I'll happily have it different every time...

Never gets boring that way, although steak is so good that it probably wouldn't get boring anyway. :gangster:

Medium-well done for me, I'm afraid. A little bit of pink in the middle but nicely cooked out on the outside.

I would always say rare although I have learnt that in most English restaurants, if I want what I would call rare, I have to ask for blue.

Medium rare - but whenever im in a foreign country i always ask for medium to well done or even well done. They seem to have a different gauge in other countries - i think in britain we are so used to steaks being burned to a cinder that we think its the norm. I dont know whether its just health and safety or different palletes im not sure

Its funny how other people have comented on the differeneces between conuntries too.. I think in england we are just health and safety mad unless you go to a proper top notch retaurant.. if i go to a cheapy place down the road and ask for it blue it would come out what i would call medium but at a proper restaurant they would do it right and blue would be slightly browned just on the very outside and still raw inside like its suppose to be. In France they wont let you have it any more done than medium lol and they cook it properly wherever you go.
