Thanks . Is all the accommodation self-catered? Didn't occur to me to ask when I was there :p:
    Ye! I was wondering too!

*checks email* this is all they said:

Due to the volume of applications received the above outlined process will take some time to carry out. We ask for your patience in allowing us to complete the necessary screening procedures for all applicants (approximately 1400). We envisage that candidates that are short-listed for interview will be hearing from us in mid-December 2009.
thanks for that! looks like theres a while before we know

Mid-December for interview invites ... wow, that's quite late compared to most other schools. Oh well, more time for preparation.

It's a bit weird, considering their courses are so different . I know a question we can ask everyone: if you got an offer from both, which one would you choose?

I love UEA so much, but if by some miracle (my application is so normal so there's no chance in hell ) I got an offer from BSMS, it would definitely be my firm! UEA insurance though! :eek3:

"never gonna happen...I am even doubting UEA"

    How bout you?

Definitely BSMS. I like the UEA course a tiny bit more, but I love Sussex and the uni campus, and I'd love to stay down here. Plus I'd save a few bob living at home for the first year

I dunno about that! I wouldn't go to uni near home personally coz I really want a change, like a new life! But with all the money your gonna save, it'll be worth it

I now, Sussex is beautiful! <3

Too bad I have no chance!

I agree with you about UEA course structure tho!
