I get the same thing sometimes, especially when I've got a lot on my plate or behind schedule n shizz. I find the best thing to do is write it all down, I used to do it on paper but I do it on my Blackberry nowdays

Yeah I used to get this. I found breathing slowly and deeply and saying "in...and out..." to my breaths helped me calm down and eventually fall asleep.

Yeah, especially around exam time.
It is a real pain i got it during exam time last year it was really pain in the butt
