Hi guys, it is said that OCR do not tend to repeat questions within the same year and although strict liability and insanity have both come up in both june 08 and june 09, I feel it unlikely for either to come up.

I think member Jay's prediction to be very calculated. The Law on criminal Attempts has not been prominent in the past thus I believe there is a strong such chance. Sec A may also include either partial defence within the Homicide Act (DR s.2, Provocation s.3), involuntary manslaughter, omissions. Sec B usually tends to consist of OAPA 1861, murder, any element of Theft Act 1968 (THEFT, Robbery, or Buglary) and OAPA.

Conclusively My list is made up of:

Involuntary Manslaughter -Constructive and Gross Negligence
Voluntary Manslaughter-Provocation, DR
causation- Factual, Legal
Omissions
Criminal Attempts
Murder- Problem of jury understanding intention
Theft Act 1968
OAPA 1861... s.39, s47, s.20, s.18
Hope this helps, please feel free to ask anything so will I!
