I'd be absolutely heartbroken and probably dump him.

I know that sounds slightly irrational (well, maybe) but I need to be the only woman he wants in that way :sadnod: Otherwise I wouldn't know what to do with myself, and I'd be incredibly miserable to think that he'd want to do all the things that we do with someone else. It's just so wrong, the way I see it anyway.
You wouldn't dump him and you know you wouldn't. You're just saying that to illustrate your point.

Men and Women will always be attracted to eachother, it's simple biology. Whether in a monogamous relationship or not.

When the OP was asked to define ''fancied'' they said:

As in liked, attracted to in a boyfriend/girlfriend sort of way.
... Which at the time I took to mean that, hypothetically speaking, it's more than just looking at someone and being like 'yeah, she's hot' or whatever.

If he just fancied her, then no, I probably wouldn't. But if he fancied her, wanted her etc. and would go out with her in a flash if he could, then I probably would.

You don't know me, you've got no idea what I would or wouldn't do.

Uhhh, I'm a bit of the jealous type so might internally sulk about it for a little while, but at the same time I accept it as a given that he's gonna be attracted to other people, just like I am.

If we're on a night out or whatever and I can see that he's looking at other women it wouldn't really bother me, so long as I'm his main attention. At the end of the day, he's coming home with me and there are reasons for that. As in, positive, relationship-affirming reasons.

Say your partner fancied someone else, even for a brief moment, how would you react/feel?

I myself felt outraged. Just wanted to know the general view on this
My most recent ex decided he liked someone else after us being together for almost 2 years and him knowing her for just 4 weeks. We broke up because he didn't know what he wanted and now I think they're shagging/are an item. So yeah I guess I felt outraged. Still kinda do :P
