Which university are you at? Is there another one in the same city that you could transfer to for your second year, maybe? If you like the city and want to keep the independence then maybe that could be a good alternative to moving to the one at home.

I'm at LJMU. I knew it wasn't an amazing uni but the Psychology school is supposed to be really good with brand new facilities that we don't even get to use :/ I wouldn't be able to get into University of Liverpool because I don't have the grades and none of the other universities interest me.

Hey, purely from reading your post I am guessing the University you are considering changing to is Bangor University? As It is about two hours from LJMU and I have to endure these SPSS, Stats and Research methods exams every week. Also the Psych society does weekly meetings.

I can't really advise on what you should do in regards to leaving LJMU but I can tell you about Bangor University and bieng a Psychology student here if you want to chat feel free to message me.

I know, I was thinking about suspending the course. I know someone who did it.
I just want a fresh start. This uni has rubbish support, the students union is awful and my accommodation situation is unbearable at times too.

I really don't think it's going to pick up :/ I'm so un interested and un motivated. I've tried to like it I really have but it's just really hard.
Mmmm its a horrible decision and yet only you can make it at the end of the day.
As I say I dropped out two years ago, except I took a temporary withdrawal and restarted the course this year. But I loved my initial course I just wasn't ready to do it.

    But yeahh.. good luck
