    We do, yeah.

But I think it should come naturally. I don't understand people who say, "I'm looking on Youtube to find something to be "our song""...what?

I have songs that I associate with certain times eg. summer of last year etc.
But I don't have songs for people, no.
    :ditto:
I particularly associate some albums to particular exam periods as that's when I'm most likely to put an album on repeat so I don't waste time fiddling with it, and I always listen to music whenever I'm studying.

There are songs I associate with him, like songs that reminds me of him, our times together etc, like "Imitation Black" by Vocaloids Kagamine Len, Kaito and Gakupo, "The day I died" by Just Jack etc... and there are songs which are officially "ours" like "I don't wanna miss a thing" by Aerosmith, he sang it to me when he thought I was asleep <3

We have an ironic song: "Is she really going out with him?" (can never remember who it's by, though) It's only because we heard it on one of our first dates and both said at exactly the same time "my dad loves this song!"
We then jokingly said it should be "our" song. God we're cool
joe jackson, my dad loves it too.

A few months into our relationship my boyfriend told me there was a song that had always reminded him of me. I was merry.

Turns out said song is called I Crush Everything, and is about a giant, ship-wrecking squid.

My boyfriend loves the smashing pumpkins and calls me jellybelly. Mainly because my name means he can say jellybelly ellie and make me feel like the fattest girl alive, whilst linking me to a completely depressing and unromantic song.
