I'd be pretty annoyed too. It's not really the money side of it (although it is a rather big gap between 15 and 100!), I'd be more annoyed at the fact that he got something which you didn't ask for and seems to mean nothing to you. I know it's the thought that counts but it actually seems like no thought or effort has gone into this present.

Ever heard of "it's the thought that counts"? It's not like he got you a bunch of wilted flowers from the petrol station.

It's okay to not like it.
It's not okay to not appreciate it.

    There is a difference.

LOOOOL! You dirty minded people. I didn't mean it in "that way". Now i'll have to edit it. But i have to admit, i can see how it's funny if interpreted in a different way than I meant.
    I didn't see it in a dirty way. ):

I did like my boyfriend's present this year, I just didn't quite expect it? Thought it was a bit lastminute.com, but it was thoughtful, that might be all though...

It's not terrible, but you shouldn't make him feel like he has to spend a lot. It's the thought that counts not the price.

Anyway if you really don't like it and/or have no use for it then you should tell him.
