What programming language is taught at your university? Watch

    Loughborough
    On a combined course so I'm not taught all the Comp Sci modules.
    But I'm learning Haskell as a functional language at the moment, and next term I'll be going over C++ and Java. I think the single honours are taught Javascript this year as well. Not sure what's being taught in the second year.

    C, then Java, and then Prolog and Perl. Now, I'm only using Java because of its simplicity

    I don't study compsci but I study multimedia, we learn C and Java and also JavaScript (very briefly).

    Next year I think we have some PHP but not sure about others.

    I am in first year at Loughborough and so far they have taught us, Haskell and Javascipt (HTML too but not a programming language so..). I saw PHP in next semester somewhere so that and maybe others....

    Will be learning C++ and possibly Java in second year.

    Optional stuff no one really cares about - Java, PHP, javacc, Alloy
