I was considering booking a shoot with these, but since they're clearly posting false reviews I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have come to the conclusion that ID studios must be pretty crap if they have to make up their own false reviews.
The photos were mediocre. The photographer was clueless and barely spoke english. And I am impossible to hard sell/give a sales spiel to because i've worked in promotions/marketing and know all the tricks.
ps Whoever it was who negged my first post on this thread... ¿Por qué?

I have just recently had a photoshoot at the birmingham studio as a present from my friends for my birthday with my fiance. It was a horric experience from the word go! we were ignored for 10 minutes and then escorted into a room with several other customers and ignored for another 30minutes no explaination of what was going on how long we had to wait etc.... then I had my makeup done which was fine but was then asked is there any projects that she has used that i didnt want to buy implying i was purschasing them all! I stated I was not going to be buying any products! The waited another 20 minutes and I was escorted to have my hair done. this was extremely rushed and i could of done just a good of a job! our appointment was on a sunday afternoon and the lady who did my hair quite openly said that i was her last client and her husband was already on his way to pick her up! no wonder my hair only took 10 minutes! I stated I had problems with volume on my consultation form and this was obviously completely ignored as nothing was done about my hair being flat to my head! The women left and i asked the receptionist if somebody could re do my hair as i wasnt happy i was told yes as a worker was just finishing up with another cleint and would be able to do it. about an hour later nobody had come to re do my hair and was about to go into the photoshoot so i ended up sorting my hair out myself! the package was 2 for 1 hair and makeup and although i took my finance and who obviously didnt want hair and makeup to the extend I did nobody felt the need to inform us they werent even going to do his hair so he ended up doing it himself!!
The photoshoot itself was fine and photographer was great so after feeling quite crap about the experience up til that point i was feeling slightly lifted. Until we went to view our photos.... the women went through our package and what it included and basically told us what we had paid for was crap and pointless! the photos had logos on and were un copyable and would take 8 weeks to be delivered! feeling slightly disheartened we listened to the sales pitch which was extremely pushy and quite intimidating about purchasing several photos on a cd and how we would have the rights to the pictures etc... i felt extremely pressured into purchasing pictures and also was gutted at the thought fo leaving with no photos of our day! after an excrusiating 20 minutes and several sales ploys such as because your our last customer of the day..... because youve been waiting all day.... I somehow ended up signing a contract for £37.5 a month for 12 months for 21 pictures! I left the studio feeling depressed, upset, angry and concerned and went home in tears!
Overall the experience was horrific and its clear the staff are all trained to push people into spending money! the initial cost is very small but as soon as you enter the building they will try and rinse you for all your worth! I would never recommend the experience to a friend or an enemy for that matter!!
